Vintage early Y2K crushed velvet blouse.

Crushed velvet blouse with multicolor front black sleeves and black on the back. Late 1990s or early 2000s front is not very stretchy but back and sleeves are moderately stretchy. Preowned in excellent condition. 100% polyester. Care tag is very faded. It appears to say machine wash cold separately. To maintain the integrity I would recommend delicate cold wash and line dry. Size is unknown based on measurements. I’m calling it medium. Pit to pit 18” Shoulder to hem 23 1/2” Sleeve length from pit 17 1/4”
