Vintage electric blue sweater

Vintage electric / neon blue sweater with fun alternating knit pattern throughout. No fabric information but feels like acrylic or polyester. Tagged size L but is on the narrower side, may be better for a modern M and smaller. Small thread as shown in photo, may be more normal cosmetic wear due to vintage nature.
