Vintage elegant C'est Bon Black Blouse Made in USA small fit

Vintage elegant black blouse from the early 1990s. Made in USA. I wore it a couple times only and this is in excellent condition. Please note that back in the late 80s and early 90s, size M was quite small, unlike nowadays when they call a large Medium so that the buyer feels good about her body. My measurements were 33-24-34 inch when I bought this top.
