Vintage embellished Victoria Woman top

This beautifully embellished is so colorful! It is a royal blue fabric with a poly/ cotton blend. It is beaded with magnificent sewing all around. Some of the beading has worn off ( last pic) and there are slight imperfections. You would have to look hard to find them. Pit to pit and the length are 28".
