Vintage enamel brooch

This 60’s era brooch has blue enameled flowers with rhinestone (or crystal?) flower centers and green enameled leaves. It’s unmarked and the manufacturer is unknown. The brooch is in excellent, vintage condition with no chips, cracks or flea bites in the enamel and the rhinestones appear to be in perfect condition. The clasp works perfectly, and there are no signs of wear. This would be so pretty on a black blazer or coat, adding just the right vintage touch. More pics or info available upon request.
