Vintage ( est 1960s) small scarf from Germany

This was my grandmothers from the 1960s ( estimates date by her) it’s silky- ish but not silk. It does not have a tag. She purchased it in Germany. I’ve kept it for years but really have nothing to wear with it. It’s in great condition except for one area where there is a small flaw( pictured) I’d LOVE to see how you style it once purchased.
