Vintage ethnic dress

I am not sure what culture produced this angelic cream colored dress but they have my compliments. I love to look at its ornate beadwork and subtly shimmering fabric. However it just doesnt suit my style. I am hoping to find someone to love it as much as i do but wear it more. There is a split on both sides about at the knee.
