Vintage feather earrings necklace set silver sterling ? Pewter? Southwestern

Really nice etched feather earrings and necklace silver color I'm not sure if it's sterling or not, I am out of tester at the moment. it's unmarked but does remind me of sterling or a pewter possibility, this was purchased with other native navajo jewelry but I can't be sure this is native American or not. possibly is. The necklace has a old spring ring. it's 18" long earrings are 2.5" long each feather is 2" long. excellent condition!
