Vintage floral Springtime skirt

Vintage handmade floral skirt. Seams inside are all finished, skirt is unlined. Buttons up front with matching waist tie. The sweetest pleated spring time skirt that would look adorable even with a white tshirt. Measurements included in pictures. EUC especially for vintage, no spots/stains that I can find and no color bleeding. Slight red tint seen in video is from the flower on the back of the skirt.
