Vintage floral balloon sleeve rose dress

Vintage high collared button front dress. 2/3 length balloon sleeves have button cuffs. Loose fitting; comes with a separate tie belt. Shell is a semi transparent floral material. Black acetate lining. Vintage condition, several small flaws shown in photos. Some fraying along edges of seam allowances, not visible from outside. Small frayed spot along bottom edge of lining. Frayed spot on bottom hem has been repaired.
