Vintage floral dress

Super cute 80’s vintage dress with floral printed bust and lace detailing that highlights the waist. There is a tie at the waist that allows multiple sizes to be able to look good in this dress. I’d say anywhere from a 14/16/18 could fit. It says it’s a size 20 but it’s misleading.
