Vintage floral dress sz 14 tulips belted pleated collared

Classic vintage dress in beautiful preowned condition. Yellow with a tulip pattern throughout. Sewn-in shoulder pads. Button top and elasticized waist. Belt is a slightly darker yellow than the dress. Belt holes have some scratches (last photo). Size 14. Approximate flat lay measurements shown in photos.
