Charming floral dress with pleats, bows, a removable belt & unique square collar. Four tiny snaps on side. Looks & feels like a million bucks. The dress is a soft gray, covered with red, blue & yellow flowers. Stunning! Measurements: Bust: 17 Waist: 14 Length: 40 1/2 Purchased in Brussels, Belgium This was dry-cleaned so it will be in ready to wear condition once received. *Everything measured when laying flat.
