Vintage floral skirt

This is a loose flowy vintage skirt in rayon mix fabric. Has mother of pearl like buttons running down the front but it’s not actually open. It’s just pleated and buttons sewn on top. Waistband at front is flat and back is elasticized . A beautiful staple for your summer wardrobe. Measurements Waist elasticized at back and relaxed 20” Length 31”
