Vintage floral skirt

Vintage skirt in a size small! Floral pattern, sheer layer on the outside with a fully lined layer underneath. Not sure the material but the outer layer seems to be chiffon. Has elastic on the back to make it easy to get into. Has 2 belt loops to hold a belt. Brand is Sassafras. Machine wash cold.
