Vintage flower long sleeved shirt

This vintage shirt has no tags, so I'm thinking it may be handmade, or so old the tags have come off. I am guessing it is a medium, but because it's a blouse, it may fit a range of sizes. Material appears to be cotton. Waist has a little elasticity, and you can leave neckline either tied or untied. Buttoned sleeves with lace detail down arms and on shirt. Flowers are pink and orange
