Vintage flower print full skirt

Pretty! French and handmade vintage flower print. Zipper closure and side pockets. Full gathered mid length skirt. Cotton. Very well made! No size label, guessing small. Please see photos for measurements. Small blemish at bottom, I think barely noticeable but again, see photos for blemish.
