Vintage free people fairy skirt. Xs- small beaded

This is a VINTAGE. Piece from Free People . It’s gorgeous . Beaded with no active beading falling out . Need to be gently hand washed. Just because it’s not actively losing beads doesn’t mean it Wont lose beads . Be aware this is vintage piece , over 15 years old . It’s so cute and looks so nice on . Has second layer under, so it’s not see through . Please look at photo measurements with tape measure . Shows length and width of waist band
