Vintage from the 2000s Express Mini Dress (80s inspired)

Express mini dress. The dress is in pretty good condition except for a small whole near the zipper (see the third picture). The top portion of the dress is cotton, modal, and spandex. The skirt of the dress is 100% cotton.
