Vintage fur jacket/cape made in Salem Oregon

This is a very beautiful cape style fur coat. I don't have much information on it. The side panels are open making it more of a cape. I took measurements and it does fit me and I'm a size 12 5'6. The owners initials were embroidered inside. There is also a small tear in the floral, deep red lining.
