Vintage gingham apron

Not sure when it's from. It's entirely hand stitched and so precious! I could see this being worn casually over a skirt or for cute vintage inspired photos. Has one pocket on the right side. Brown & white gingham pattern with embroidery throughout. Has 1 flaw, it's coming undone on the left side of the waistband, seen in 4th picture. No size obv. Measured flat in inches. Waistband not including ties - 14 1/8 Waist band including full length of ties - 73 3/4 Length - 20
