Vintage girls embroidered top/ dress

When purchased it was labeled at 12 months- my 4T daughter tried it on and I’d fit snug - I’d call this a multi- sized piece a dress for a baby or shirt up to 2T . The color is hard to photograph but it is an adorable coral peach color .
