Vintage girls purple dress with matching collared shirt

Vintage 1980s dress. Purple and white striped fabric with embroidered flowers details on front. Matching blouse with purple trim on collar. Small stains (pictured) would hopefully come out in the wash. Size says large - but I would guess this is a 12-18 months.
