Vintage girls’ smocked dress

This adorable vintage 1960s-era little girls dress is perfect for fall. Blue with brown and white design; smocking on front bodice and rickrack near hem. There are no tags; it may have been handmade but not sure. No size but probably would fit a 4 or 5 year old. Chest and waist measure 22” around, length 23”. Good condition, stored in non-smoking home.
