Vintage gold ring with pearl size 10 delicate antique

Very sweet antique ring with a small pearl in the center. It was bought at a North Carolina antique fair by my mother-in-law some years ago. Sorry I have no paperwork on it. But it seems real on all accounts. I can take it in to a jeweler if you are interested! Let me know. The little pearl seems real due to its irregular nature. I will send as many pictures as possible!
