Vintage gold striped party jacket

This unmarked jacket is probably handmade, possibly in the 70s or 80s, if not before. It’s in wearable condition with minor tears at the seams and no stains. Original buttons. No stretch. Nipped in waist, and shoulder pads help create an exaggerated shape. Pit to pit: 18 inches Waist: 17 inches
