Lucerne Swiss Made Pocket/Pendant watch with small blueish stone on the back. Chain is 24" long It's a windup watch but the dial doesn't turn easily at all. I'm afraid to force it but I think if it is cleaned it will probably work. I do not know this for sure so just assume you're buying this in non working order. Price will reflect that.
