Vintage great 80s/90s floral dress

Vintage beautiful Midnight Glo 80s/90s dress in excellent condition. Imagine wearing this dress dancing to REO Speedwagon! Beautiful bows at the shoulders and it zips up the back. The zipper is in great condition. Form-fitting. The dress does not have pleats but is slightly wrinkled. Great vintage kick pleat in the back also! Shoulder pads. 28” waist, the hips measure out to 44” (tape measure shown in the photo/tightly with no more space), 34” across in back behind bust.
