Vintage green and white blouse

This is a great vintage piece, probably 70s. It have a pretty Kelly green and white design all over. The collar is fabulous. It has beautiful covered buttons down the front and on cuffs. Two pockets on the chest. It can worn ways, alone or over another top. It is marked as a vintage size 14, but it fits like an 8 or 10.
