Vintage green dress

Sleeveless Peplum style dress with seaming for a flattering fit and matching belt. Top part of dress is cotton lined. Fabric is good quality. Unfortunately someone removed name and size tags, but this is a good quality vintage dress. Chest measurements: 35" waist: 31" but belt fits a 28-29" waist. I am guessing this is fitted size 8.
