Vintage grey blue top/dress from Ireland size 10-12

This special top used to be one of my favourite tops to wear on a night out. However, that was 15-20 years ago! Unfortunately, I do remember that the labels both irritated me so much, that I had to cut them off. Plus, it was gifted to me by either my mother or sister, so I have no idea where it is from, other than I know it is from Ireland! Because so am I! It is very stretchy material, including the lace around the bust. Although, I definitely don't remember it being this long! It looks like a little mini dress on the mannequin, but I only ever wore it as a top with Jeans or nice trousers. This mannequin is apparently a size 10, but she looks like a size 8 to me. I wore this top as a size 10 and a size 12, so it should fit both. Given it's age and the type of material, it does have a pull on the upper abdomen, but just a tiny one though. The last photo is of the pull. Which is barely noticeable with the naked eye, but my camera picks up every imperfection! It is beside the top of a black plastic clothes hanger for size comparison.
