This dress is all the way from New Zealand, and I have only worn it ONCE. It is super cute, and has a nice flouncy skirt, great to twirl in. The ruched middle section is great for hiding a bit of a tummy bulge, and honestly this dress is SO flattering. It is meant to land just below the knees, and the tied halter top means it is adjustable. There is a side zipper, which works just fine. One of the hanger straps (black ribbons) is broken.
