Mid 90s vintage dramatic halter top with sheer open front skirt overlay and matching hot shorts. Costume couture designed and handmade by Justin Charles. Justin apprenticed under American designer Geoffrey Beene where he learned the advanced finishing techniques used on these garments. Please note there are a few small holes on two different spots near the hem of this garment most likely made from heel snags. Please see attached photos.
