Vintage hand bag

Small black purse with black beads all over it. Outside is velvet with beads. The inside feels like satin. Has a tassel on the bottom. Has pull straps to close. It would look great paired with that little black dress or gown. In excellent condition. Has been preserved for years and in a smoke free home. Hasn’t been used since Homecoming of 1994. Price is firm. The lowest I will go.
