Vintage hand held wind up Lucerne Swiss Made pocket watch

There are various wind ups that Lucerne made daring back to the early 50s. I have tried to find one like this and have had zero luck. It's a gorgeous watch, the engravings to the Roman numerals and roses on back. Definitely a timeless piece.
