Vintage hand made skirt (or so it appears)

this skirt with a cool swirly pattern in brown tones seems to be hand made. nice pleat in back and appears to be well made, side zipper and button waist measures about 26" and length is 26 1/2...fabric is lightweight and a bit silky. no size on the skirt but about a 4
