Vintage hand made super long 1969s Elegant Blue Velvet Dress with Floral Accents

This is super old hand made royal blue with white aand blue flower accents. The velvet is a still intact and the zipper in the back still woorks along with the clasps on the wrists. This dress is wicked long, I would say whomever had this made for them had to be around 6feet tall. Sz 2/4 to fit into this stunning blue velvet dress. I just want it known this is as is vintage hand made and will not be perfect. Please check out pictures
