Vintage handcrafted deep brown leather twist front belt. Size Small

This is a vintage handcrafted belt from NC purchased at the Mountain Heritage Craft Festival in Harpers Ferry WV circa 1987?? This is a truly unique belt in a beautiful deep brown leather. I have included the instructions on how this belt works which I have somehow managed to never lose! Yay me! This will never fit me again and deserves to see the light of day. Excellent condition! The full length of the belt ( wide to narrow) is approx 50” The wider belt not including the narrow leather wrap portion is approx 31”
