Vintage handmade Hula Flapper Maxi Skirt

This Vintage handmade Hula Flapper Maxi Skirt is the perfect addition to any hula or flapper party. It is in overall good condition for its age. You can tell it was hand made by the stitching and clasp spacing. No rips. A couple snags in the strings from storage but nothing that cannot be snipped off or tucked. Inside fabric does show storage marks also please note in photos. There is no stretch to the waste but the clips can be taken off and re sewn if needed.
