Vintage handmade Red and white polkadot dress, girls 4t

This dress was made in the 1960s. It is lined and has a zipper closure at the back. It is a line and as an almost perfect condition. There’s an ever so slightly yellow discoloration at the back lace trim which I believe can be bleached
