Vintage handmade artisan industrial/steampunk large silver cuff bracelet

I bought this and the gold tone one i’m selling (see listing) from an independent artist a couple decades ago. Totally unique and handmade. I believe the main metal in steel but the wire may be sterling. Unique artsy piece and you certainly won’t see it anywhere else.
