Vintage handmade baby set

This baby set is just precious! Minty green and white, could be used for a little boy or girl. The jacket, booties, and bonnet were all hand stitched back in the early 1980's. A very sweet set, but I'm unsure the size! Maybe newborn to 3mos? It's approx 9" across the shoulders. Booties are approx 4" from heel to toe. There is a small stain on the right side of the bonnet (see detail photo) that I haven't attempted to remove.
