Vintage handmade blue floral silk sleeveless dress

16" neck to waist, 23" waist to hem, 13.5" waist. Size marked "10" (not by modern sizing). Incredible robins-egg blue vintage handmade dress with minor tearing at front waist seams. Should be worn by someone with a waist smaller, not bigger, than the dress ;) Looking for a new home to repair and show it off. Make me an offer.
