Vintage handmade dress

I bought this dress at a thrift store, it does not have any tags which leads me to believe it was handmade. Super elegant, it would likely fit someone who wears a size 6-8. Does not have much stretch and minor imperfections likely due to age, but nothing that affects the wear.
