Vintage handmade dress

This is a very cute vintage handsewn dress. unsure of year. no tags. Black & white small plaid pattern. You can see in the pictures it has some brown staining throughout & on the right pocket area & below it has suffered a burn spot with a few holes. The back is in good condition with some staining. I believe this could be oxi clean & washed delicate & a cute time period patching, done below the pocket & it would be really nice. Measurements are 18 " pit to pit, 13 in across the waist & the bottom skirt portion is 23 in long from waist to bottom. Recovered from an old storage unit. I put size 2 but please go by measurements listed.
