Vintage handmade dress

Handmade a-line dress, purchased years ago from a vintage shop that predicted it was from the 1960s. Bought knowing it needed repairs to a lot of the seams, and had a few small tears (see pictures)—always intended to fix it up but never got around to it. There are no tags, but the fabric is smooth (not itchy) and medium weight. Flat lay measurements: Length — 41 inches Chest — 18 inches Waist — 13.5 inches
