Vintage handmade floral dress

A fun little vintage dress that someone handmade. It's a thick, black cotton-ish fabric (doesn't say the actual composition) with small pink rosebuds all over it. There is a white lace collar sewn on (easy to remove if you do not like), small gathers at the ends of the sleeves, shoulder pads (could also remove) and a zip-up back. No rips, stains, tears. Lying flat measurements are: Shoulders: 17" Bust: 19" Waist: 19" Hips: 19" Sleeves are 3/4 length, 13.5" from shoulder
