Vintage handmade pale blue ruffled baby dress

An adorable vintage handmade, fully-lined baby blue ruffled and puffy dress with layers underneath. Back sash has 2 layers and makes a substantial bow. Hidden back zipper, tiny ruffle at neckline, elastic in sleeves is still stretchy. Good vintage condition. One faint spot on back of bodice, no other visible signs of wear. Smoke-free home. No size indicated, appears to measure about a 2T-3T. See pictures for measurements.
