Vintage handmade plaid light jacket dress retro womens small XS 50's 60's

Vintage Handmade 1950's or 1960's Purchased from original owner Dark green and navy blue plaid jacket (could possibly be used as a mini dress) Based on measurements I believe this would fit an XS or Small. Mannequin shown is a medium and the waist was a little tight. But pleas see all measurements and compare with own clothes.
