Vintage handmade reversible quilted jacket

Fantastic reversible jacket purchased from a curated vintage store in Washington state. Fits like an extra small. Angled pockets on dark navy side and one breast pocket on the striped side. There’s a velcro strip that held this one closed, but the adhesive failed- you could easily reattach the velcro or remove it entirely if you prefer. See photos- Either way, it’s not visible when worn. 15” shoulder to shoulder 7” armpit, laid flat Wooden barrel and round buttons on each side, respectively
